Delivery
We use a courier company to deliver orders. The courier will require a
signature on delivery, so you must ensure that there will be someone at the
delivery address to receive the parcel. If, due to error on the part of the courier company,
a delivery is delayed resulting in the products becoming unfit for their purpose, we
will send a replacement order. In circumstances when delivery is delayed because there
is nobody at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, Ice Mice cannot
be held responsible.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock we will email you with the option either to cancel
your order or, having told you when we can fulfill it, to wait for delivery.
